I've started this blog because I'm obsessed with food. I wanted to create a fun blog for others who like to cook. My blog will be full of great recipes. I love just throwing ingredients together and coming up with tasty new recipes...So if I refer to a chunck of cheese or a handfull of tomatoes get use to it. I will be posting video recipes as well so you can cook with me - just tune in.

Cheese Fondue in Bread Bowl

Video will be posted for this recipe later today.

I have made this recipe twice recently and my friends enjoyed it so much they have been begging for me to post the recipe so here it is!

Ingredients

1 Sourdough Bread Bowl (or any other kind you can find)
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 8 ounce package shredded mexican or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 4 ounce can diced green chilies
dash of hot sauce
dash of worchester sauce
1 TBLS Hidden Valley Ranch Powdered Dressing mix
1 TSP cumin

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Make a bread bowl by cutting a circle around the top of the bread - remove the top and hollow out the bread in the shape of a bowl. Keep bread pieces for dipping later.
Spoon mixture into bread bowl place on a baking sheet cover with foil and cook for 40 minutes to an hour.
